Last week, I met students at Woodbrook Vale School and De Lisle College in Loughborough. Their question on this topic is even more important now than it was when they put it to me: what more can the UK do to help bring peace to the region?
Jane Hunt MP met with Martin Traynor, the newly appointed Chairman of Loughborough Town Deal, to discuss the projects for the town as well as attending the Town Deal display at Loughborough Town Hall.
Jane Hunt MP hosted Newcroft Primary School from Shepshed in Westminster. She thanked one student in particular for a drawing that they gave Jane, which she described as "beautiful". The drawing is now displayed in Jane's office.
Jane attended the T Levels APPG meeting. After the meeting, she said, "I was very pleased to host Loughborough College students at this meeting who spoke very well online at the T Levels APPG meeting."
Alongside the Mayor of Charnwood, Cllr Margaret Smidowicz, Jane Hunt MP met HRH Princess Anne at Sense College in Loughborough for their Hub's official opening.
